1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrafficJar services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TrafficJar provides traffic generation services including:

• Website traffic delivery
• Targeted impressions and clicks
• Device-specific targeting
• Analytics and reporting
• Campaign management tools

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of their account
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not using the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Ensuring target URLs are legitimate and accessible

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• All payments must be made in advance
• Refunds are available for cancelled campaigns before activation
• No refunds for completed or partially completed campaigns
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrafficJar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrafficJar and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrafficJar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
